To make the perfect brew, pour water and the desired amount of ground coffee, put the lid on and put directly over heat. Hot water will be driven up the delivery tube onto the inside of the lid where it will drip over the coffee, extracting flavour as it circulates. For the best strength wait about 7 minutes. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
