Reimo Upgrade 2 T5 T6 Tailgate Awning Tent
New model with improved design
Reimo's handy tailgate tent fits VW campervans like a glove. This tailgate awning lets you extend your van's living space, giving you a compact profile on the road, and plenty of space when pitched up.
High quality fabric
This tent uses durable ripstop polyester, ensuring it can withstand the elements, as well as a 3000mm hydrostatic head and sealed seams for excellent waterproofing. The fabric is also EV resistant to ensure it doesn't fade in the sun, and PU coated for weather and fire resistance.

Reimo t5 t6 tailgate tent
Seems quality made product, however if you have tailgate spoiler, hooks won't clip on. If you also have shuttle/multivan the increased height in suspension can cause the pegs not to sit in ground to well, especially at where tent overlaps body of van. I used guy ropes to tie these around my rear mudflaps to my towbar. Camped in it through recent biblical storms in Scotland and it passed that test even though it was ill fitting. Also photos must have creases airbrushed out, couldn't get mine to look that good.

Not for the newer Berlingo!
I would like to point out that this item does not fit the newer style of Berlingo. The reinforcement which should be where the tailgate ends above the lights is in the wrong place.

Almost perfect!
This has transformed our Berlingo and we can now grab impromptu camping visits. The only thing is there is a bit of a gap where the awning meets the wheel arches unless you park on a hill! There are two pieces of velcro there and I would welcome some guidance as to what they are for.
