The loo and frame was bought for an aged parent who needs to get up several times in the night, but finds dashing to the loo difficult.
They can use the loo without any help and having it in the bedroom near the bed means sleep is disturbed as little as possible.
The frame is well made, sturdy and easy to assemble. It enables the height of the loo to be adjusted, which is very useful, as well as providing handles making it easy and safe to get on and off.
The loo itself is easy to set up with water and chemicals, although it took a fair degree of hand strength to install the batteries for the electric flush. The flush itself is easy to do with the little button, thrifty, quiet and does not splash.
Delivery was very quick. We also bought the chemicals and special loo paper from Jacksons. Having looked around at alternatives, we will stick with Jacksons for supplies in the future.
The loo has been in nightly use for just over a fortnight now and has used just under half the tank of water. I can't comment on battery life, but they're still going strong for now.
The loo and frame have had a real impact on the quality of life and sleep for the aged parent.
It is easy to use, quiet, no odours and no leaks.

Excellent setup for my elderly Mother that cannot get up stairs easily. Very sturdy and looks good (for a portable toilet).

So pleased with this, well worth the money, only has to be emptied once every four days, 3 days if you are not so strong as the liquid obviously makes it heavier. The frame is very strong and sturdy, by the time you get the toilet in it and the chemicals and put it all together it isn't going anywhere but still moveable to slide across the floor from Mums bed and then in the day she has it by her armchair, no more emptying the commode! We got the one with the electric flush so Mum goes to the loo, pulls the very easy to move grey handle to open the hole and close it then presses the electric flush to fill it with more pink loo liquid. Looks smart, very streamline design so easy to clean, wish I knew about this 4 years ago! I read on a review on another site that it was too low, I don't think the reviewer twigged it has very easy height adjustable legs as we had it on highest height and my husband who is 6ft 3 had his feet off the floor, so we've lowered it to the first hole in the legs which is perfect for Mum who is 5ft 7. I am really, really thrilled with it, no spills, no smells, easy to clean and safe. We did buy the back rest too for safety which I would recommend if you have elderly who lose their balance. We also bought some camping toilet roll that easily dissolves. We actually bought this instead of a building a second downstairs loo which I actually realised Mum would never reach in time, especially at night time, this gives me so much peace of mind and Mum says its even better than an ensuite! 10/10 and I'm never easily pleased over the moon with this! Thank you!

My Dad is on end of life care and wants to be at home so with only an upstairs toilet and him refusing a commode this was a fantastic idea so we built an under stairs room and this toilet fitted great and is fantastic and easy to use empty would highly recommend
