Goods came quickly, exactly as described.

This item was purchased to replace an old C2 cassette without wheels. Jacksons price was by far the best and the advice given was friendly, accurate, impartial, honest and above all not " pushy".
The item fits and works perfectly as they told me it would and the delivery was less than 24 hrs from ordering.
All aspects of this purchase were excellent and i would recommend Jacksons as the best company I have ever dealt with, they will with out doubt be my first choice in the future

Shame it wasn't a left handed as ordered but it is easy to change over. Could have damaged the toilet trying to fit it but when it didn't fit I realised it was a right hand and swapped the appropriate parts and all is well. To who ever checks the order please make sure that it is correctly handed. The box was ticked as left handed but it was definitely a right handed cassette.

I was having some problems with my 23 year old Thetford Cassette waste tank and needed to have it put right in time for the Summer holiday. This product is a direct replacement and I'm sure will give many years service.
