Full 'refresh' system sent - cassette and seat - at an excellent price. Well satisfied.

Looking at the online catalogue it seemed that a purchaser has a choice of a new tank plus a "kit" of new toilet seat and eco chem sacs or, for less money, just the tank. I ordered just the tank....but got the otherwise-more-expensive "kit" thrown in. Very nice but perhaps some people buying the "kit" are paying more than they need? The experience of buying was marred by the fact that although "most items are delivered the next day" mine, ordered Friday, didn't arrive till Wednesday after a pathetic cheat by UK Mail which kept me waiting all day Tuesday.
