Wow! Im impressed. I needed this fridge for its compact design. The remote compressor enabled me to use my space to its best advantage. On top of that the fridge functions on very little power. I have a 200 watt Renogy sloar system with MPPT controller and a 100ah leisure baterry. The system is much more than enough to run my lights, tv and fridge. And thats not all........it looks vey classy as well.
Noise level is minimal. A 4 inch, well balanced fan purring away for roughly 2 minutes every hour durring the night. Barely noticeable.
As far as the freezer comaprtment goes. You might need to crank the whole fridge to 10 to make it freeze ice cubes. There is no seperate control for the freezer compartment.
Im ok with that but depends on your needs. The handle feels a bit thin and I will re-enforce it as it is unfortunately the weakest link. All in all I am very happy with the unit.

I unpacked and it looks perfect for my needs = fitting into a narrow kitchen space and having the compressor separate. I am not installing until later so no idea of its actual performance though.
