    This is the second one we have purchased to offer a downstairs toilet facility for our mother aged 93 yrs. The house only has an upstairs bathroom and care provision required downstairs living. It has been really excellent in enabling us to let her still live in her own home - creating a toilet in the stair cupboard. Second purchase required as the first had been in constant use for 2.5 years - still working OK BUT stained and therefore we replaced.

    A nice toilet but the flush leaked through the top (handle). The screw which retains it was loose, I took the flush apart and fixed the issue. I also had the same problem with a replacement flush for a second toilet I have. That apart a good product.

    Great Product! Great Delivery! Great Price!
    My family have always taken camping holidays and purchased several 'porta potti's' and plastic plates to 6 birth frame tents from Jacksons... Now we need a 'plan B' in our small one bed one loo home we need Jacksons again! gud-on-ya Jacksons Staff!

    Porta Potti Excellence.
    The name says it all really. I have owned several Thetford toilets over many years but this is the best ever.
    Great design, easy to use and very well made.
    Highly recommended
